@fantasticvoyage262 this one was negative value. But they were nice cards. Also, it wouldn't have been so bad off if I had paid market value.

@fantasticvoyage262 I don't remember exactly as this has been a bit back. But release day is the only day most product at my LCS is market value. So, it was most likely whatever it released at. That helps sometimes, but most of the stuff he has left has gone down in price.

@jeremymagee76 they are only in the Birmingham (city run) and Huntsville (college affiliated i believe) areas. In fact, Alabama, Auburn, and UAB all play at the rink in the Birmingham area.

Yeah, it is great for just the fun of ripping and if you like techy cards. Just depends on your goals in ripping. At its price point, it is hard to complain too much no matter what your goal is. Most of my criticisms are for the people who look for value. The a$$-etate thing was a bad dad joke only.

I think the Koivu was technically the case hit. However, value-wise, it was the Fleury. The Fleury card was the only one that paid for the box it came in. haha Yeah, it is tough. I was a little bummed not to hit at least one card that would pay for like a quarter of the case by itself. Not that everything about the hobby comes down to the money but a $500+ card would most likely be something you jump out of your seat for from even a collectable point of view. Thanks for watching!
