FINALLY….SOMETHING NEW FOR YOU! Bodybalance 91- 30 minutes duration
Finally…. I have had a chance to update! here is 30 minutes of body balance. 30 minutes seems like a better length when you are busy. I’ll put up another 30 minutes asap, This class starts with a tai chi warm up, sun salutations, standing strength , balance and a hip opener. Let me know what you think! I’d love to you know where you are from and what you like about these classes! I’m a mum of 2 teenagers and I am studying a speech pathology degree . I live in Australia. tell me about you!

    Hi Lisa. I love your videos. I cannot find part 2 of release 91 . Maybe you have not posted it yet on your channel. To answer your question, I used to live in Australia and I miss my body balance classes as I have not been able to find anything remotely similar here in France. Hence I rely on exercising at home using videos like yours (which are amongst my favourites). Thanks a million for them. Diane.

    Sun salutation: why 1.5 round? There seems to miss another half round with in the end your left leg to front

      yes it’s frustrating that the rounds aren’t even in this release. this is choreographed! I don’t make the flows up and sometimes they are not even! Thank you for commenting

      @@lisamansonpersonaltraining6637 I checked les mills own video. In fact they edited the song for sun salutation. It s longer. And you can do two full rounds,
