Hi Martin, great question! I think Bulgaria’s got lots of great things; beautiful nature, great food, rich history/culture, intelligent people and more. But I’m aware that as a tourist I mostly only see the good side. As with any country, I think there’s definitely things that could be improved and the government could do a better job at. I too often see beautiful views obstructed by unfinished road works and bricks left everywhere, power/water outage happening often in some regions, and other broken systems. These things do frustrate me (even as a tourist!) as it takes the attention away from all the great things that Bulgaria is/has. I personally wouldn’t move to Bulgaria right at this moment due to work but I’d love to retire there. Japan is also a fun place to live but quite stressful to work in. I think we’ll stick to the UK for now, but who knows how long. Things can change! 😄

Hey Mifu san - another lovely video. Now I understand why Sami was winding up his mum a few videos ago - basically Soleya was saying 'Sami did you get him a watch?! Cranberry sauce is always served with turkey and ham slices sealed with sage, breadcrumbs, and onion stuffing as traditionally served in Ireland on Christmas Day. Ingredients For the turkey and stock 4.5-5.5kg/10-12lb whole turkey, with giblets 1 onion, halved 1 carrot 2 celery sticks 2 sprigs of fresh parsley 2 sprigs of fresh thyme 175g/6oz butter flaked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper For the stuffing: 85g/3oz butter 175g/6oz onions, finely chopped 225g/8oz fresh white breadcrumbs 2½ tbsp chopped mixed fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme or sage) For the gravy 1.2 litres/2 pints stock (see above, or chicken stock) 1 tbsp softened butter 1-2 tbsp plain flour🥰

I'm currently learning Japanese and I've noticed that our languages are similar in pronunciation. I love how you didn't even struggle when pronouncing words that foreigners would even give up on! I also find myself pronouncing Japanese words quite easily, in fact if I could think faster in Japanese, I think I'd be able to speak very fast. But this just warms my heart, because I've never heard a clearer pronunciation from a foreigner. I am incredibly grateful that you're taking your time to study our culture and daily life, learn a few words and basically immerse yourself. I want to study abroad in Japan, so if that happens I'll make sure to do just those things! 私の日本語レベルがまだ少し低いだけど、勉強のことをずっと楽しみます。言葉の壁を倒してのと、日本人としゃべって狙います。みふさんはブルガリア住むときに楽しんでください！ということで次の動画を見て楽しみにしています！
