Me and my Friend are also planning to visit Darjeeling and hire a scooter to roam around the surroundings hills later after monsoon and was wondering if the hill roads are safe to ride there and you went there on scooter? Did you guys switch off the engine and rode on downhill there? Need some tips, Regards, Kusum

It gives you the freedom to explore places at your own pace and convenience. Down ride on slopes with engine off must be so peaceful and slow na. no sound and just calm nature.
