Lasagna is not the most typical for southern Italy (better order it in Bologna) but usually it’s on the less meatier, more tomatier side :) and bread is supposed to be used to clean up the sauce after you finished your pasta! And orecchiette is pronounced O-ray-kee-at-the ;)

In all honesty for someone who started in such a short period of time, I'd say you've come a long way - the fact that you even check out other content from the likes of Jeff Chan & Sean Fagan shows your commitment and dedication to it. I think you're already better than 50% of the people I see in class (things like having to work on technique, not being afraid of getting hit, keeping elbows in when punching etc) and kudos to you for having the guts (and very often keen) to spar me (I hear some are terrified of sparring me 😂) Keep it up and hope to see you at the gym sometime!
