I simply post this vintage footage from GTK as a reminder of how good Billy Thorpe was & why my miss spent youth was so well spent ! Billy was a "chick magnet" & an inspiration to young Aussie men aspiring to enlightenment through sex & drugs & Rock music - maybe as I look back 40 years or more I can admit I'm still not very enlightened, but I know one thing - it was a great time to search !

Well Jodie,the applause & cheering at the end would indicate otherwise perhaps inverting your observation somewhat. Each to their own. Tex is the Boss & this band is great on all levels IMHO. Now go and find yourself a lawyer !

Yeah I thought that 1st view...but it's a seated studio audience,constrained space, no dancing or room to move, unlike a packed pub of Tex fans on the verge of a riot which was commonplace at their gigs back in the day.
