There is no singular definition since you could view gender from a social perspective, biological perspective, or a phycology perspective. Social it would be the role a person plays in society and their appearance, biological is chromosomes/anatomy, and phycology is the persons personal understanding of their gender inside their society.

I hate the argument about what is a boy or a girl. The correct answer would probably be XX and XY chromosomes, it’s not 100% accurate but it is the best answer. The problem is when I am talking to a person I am not checking down there to see what they got. I think a good example is the saying “you hit like a girl”. You’re not hitting with XX chromosomes. You are denoting the person is weaker, saying they are more like a girl than a guy. Meaning that guys and girls have characteristics that make up what gender they are. Cause I know for certain that no one is looking in each other’s pants for an answer on the street.

If you think about it, why would someone be upset about something they believe doesn’t exist? Maybe the real question is why you feel the need to equate disbelief with anger. It seems like you’re projecting your beliefs about morality onto others. Just because I don't accept a specific moral compass attributed to a deity doesn't mean I’m living a life of sin. If God were proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, I’d have to reevaluate my beliefs based on that evidence. So rather than assuming that atheists are angry or rejecting morality, maybe consider that we approach these discussions differently. It's not about sin; it’s about how we understand the world and live our lives based on reason and evidence, rather than fear or dogma.

I do not get angry when a person talks about God. I get annoyed when people have to rely on a straw man to explain why some people are Atheists.

That's why the atheists you talk to get angry, not because of your made up god but because you think you know how and why they think the way they do.
