      I agree :) The reds are beautiful, but the white shades are a little too pink for me. It's not as disturbing as the SST 2700K which are very good for indoor lighting but which make everything "golden"/yellow. But for 4000K I find that the white rendering is not exceptional. I have to admit that I use them a lot in nature, so they're mainly green, so I tend to prefer LEDs that have a green tint and distort the whites less. I made a second video showing white river pebbles/"stone" (here ruclips.net/video/xbnloLld8XE/видео.html ) and that's where we see that the Getian GT FC 40 has a certain argument with a high CRI and whites that are rather respectful, whereas the Nichia tend more towards my SST 20 in 2700k. The Nichia remains a good compromise, I'm rather enthusiastic and I'm going to see what other Kelvin/model from Nichia can give for the future, now that I have a basis to compare/understand the Nichia tint.

      :O Great choice :) 5000k is my love. This Getian LED is crazy, very very little green/yellow tint, nearly nothing with a good CRI FOR 5000K (if I compare with 5000k Samsung LH351D who have pronounced green tint) What I really like about these LEDs is that they have relatively convincing reds with no parasitic tint, and all the colours are well rendered. 4000K version as also agreable warm tint without parasitic tint. I've wait Acebeam release X75 with GT FC 40 but visibly it's only for X50 (which I find expensive for what it provides) :( What is the light with this LED that you took?

    NS59v1 vs E06 ? If you had to pick one and why

    • @LightsNightShots
      @LightsNightShots 2 года назад

      NS59v1 without hesitation. I've told on BLF group buy thread for NS59v1 this light is what should have been the EC06. For spec EC06 sustain 1500 lumens NS59v1 2000 lumens with better termal design (cool fine and a head whitout button, USB-C port and tripod mount). When EC06 up temperature and reach max the reduction outpout is hard and go to very very low, NS59v1 keep reasonable output. On night session i've like the heat gestion of the Nightwatch, I keep medium output( probably 4-5000 lumens) they can sustain heat few minute and after that go to little decrease, after 20 minute I see a very low drop, but just off it 1 minute and use other light for wait, the heat was not high and you can hope rotation 5 minute use at medium-1 minute off- 5 minute medium-1 minute rotation with pretty nice output. I overheat it for try they was really really hot quickly and take 4-5 minute to cool down. EC06 on any mode just function to very high overheat and after that you can wait 5 minute and more for hope little other use... I've like the versatility of NS59v1 you can use it at high/turbo mode for short burst or use it a medium with quick cooldown for long time use. EC06 only for short burst EC06 is better on max output for short burst, if you wan WOW light or just light up open field take EC06 . If you want possibility to walk with light for long time use with reasonnable output and relatively nice WOW light take NS59v1

    • @thewhoopingcrane
      @thewhoopingcrane 2 года назад

      @@LightsNightShots Outstanding, thank you. NS59v1 looks amazing, I think I’m stuck between getting it and astrolux FT03S with the SFH55. SFH55 looks like a beast, it’s huge, can take up to 60amps I believe. But 9 of the little brothers(sfq55) might be better. I’m torn.

    • @LightsNightShots
      @LightsNightShots 2 года назад

      Lot of enthusiasm on the BLF thread about NS59v1 :P budgetlightforum.com/comment/1856783#comment-1856783. Astrolux is pur thrower, Nightwatch is flood/wall light. I fact Astrolux have utility range 30-200 meter and Nightwatch 2-70 meter. Choice depend what you want, only tight hotspot for range more 30 meter or big hotspot/spill for close use.

    • @TheTetrisBlock

      @@LightsNightShots I saw on Flashaholic’s video the EC06 only does 26,000 lumens while the Ns59v1 does around 27,000-28,000 lumens, its a small difference but the Nightwatch is still a little brighter, btw which light had the floodier beam?

    • @LightsNightShots
      @LightsNightShots 2 года назад

      Nightwatch for floodier beam, on picture you can see better the tree at 60 meter on EC06 EC06 have XHP 50.2 beam, smaller and brighter hotspot with bleed and bright spill (all near our feet) in deeper reflector Ns59v1 have SFQ55 LED (don't know if typical or not beam it's my first light with this LED) but the beam have bigger and lesser bright hotspot on a massive bleeding on spill, on more open/less deep reflector). But: 1000 lumens on +20000 lumens light is no really change. You must know EC06 and Ns59v1 have not same number of cell/cells configuration In fact potentially full at 4.2V on cell they can have same output, but rapidely (~4.00v) EC06 have higher output compare Ns59v1, and with 3 cell they have higher time output before cell voltage drop. The curve quickly invert and EC06 is better if you want spam turbo with best perform, for me. I repeat but for me EC06 is better lightning open fields/huge space, Ns59v1 is better for walk in forest/middle space at high (2000-5000 lumens) output with the capability for light open field/huge space quickly, sometime Ns59v1 is more versatile and higher for use at 2000-5000 lumens. EC06 is the best only if you want spam turbo :) If you want only max output and turbo you don't really see the wide beam difference ;)

    • @LightsNightShots
      @LightsNightShots 2 года назад

      Thanks :) SFT head is crazy. 3 SFT at eye was close TM28 distance , so around 550 meter. SBT 90.2 on Nightwatch are 1000 meter but only usable at high output. 3 SFT head are usable at 1 and 2 step under max ramp (around 50% output with good sustain) 2 SFT and 1 XPL head provid usefull beam. My beamshot is not perfect, I've take my ES2 with 2 XPL-HI LED but in fact we don't see anything in this spot (too wild), so i've don't add them. ES2 beam is smooth but less power, on ES3 you see SFT spill inside beam, so less smooth but very more powerfull and usable. The entire light is crazy, I don't try various head/beam but the global versatility is good "host/plateform" is really pleasant. (For me ES3 is an plateform when you put head for creat light). I see no equivalent, reason I love this light with is good built quality, heat dissipation for this tall/price. I’m really looking for what’s missing and I can’t find, she’s perfect at use ( need head, more head, always more head :P). So i've lot of work for share all beam capacity of this light.
