Your recording should sound a little brighter. 1) Did you do the piece on an upright or grand? 2) Did you have the lid up? 3) What was the recording level on the R-07? 4) Was the Roland placed over the strings (if the lid was up). Also there is a bit of crackling that sound if something was overloaded. I'm not pulling your recording to pieces, but perhaps answering my points, and I might be able to offer some practical points.
