The dts comes stock 305 hp and for your check engine light.. hold the on/off button on the feature program panel and the arrow up button to the left of the on / off button at the same time and your car will cycle through the codes it will show U current codes and the history of the codes that were fixed and at the end it will say “ clear all codes?” Hit the on button it will reset the codes and drive it whatever codes come back got to get fixed . Cadillac did that because the pcm causes other causes to go on randomly and can reset it

Could be many things what you should do is test the injectors in the car if they are gummed up it won’t start. Also if that new ecu has not been programmed and your keys programmed to it as well it may never start if it has anti theft software in in the ecu like many cars. If it cranks and has spark that’s a good start. Good way to know if it has no fuel is the old starter fluid truck see if it barks off with some of that and that will give you an idea for sure.
