It's very fascinating to see puffer fish prepared. It's so unique, because you have to be so precise, but also working in a restaurant, you also have to be quick (side note i have skinned alot of animals over the years for anybody wondering the pufferfish was still moving after death because its neurons were still firing and if you also want to see it in fresh meat put some salt of the muscle it will twitch and move if its fresh also the pufferfish died on the first cut)
