Yes, that is correct! The only caveat is if you don't have Diamond Club, then you can't go to the few Diamond Club areas. But if you do Hideaway and Diamond Club then you can go everywhere.

So sorry, I missed this comment. It depends on how you usually travel, and what type of room you want. If you want a room that is only available at the diamond club level, then absolutely. If you don't really care, and are fine with getting great service, but without that butler feature, honestly, without is also fine. If you want that elevated service, then definitely go for diamond club!

There isn't drink service where they bring you drinks, but there is a bar right on the beach so you don't have to go far.

It will obviously vary depending on who books their trips when. I went early September and didn't notice a lot of families; there were a lot of adults. And yes, most of the restaurants families can go to. Let me know if you would like help planning your trip! :)

Hello! The resort is fairly compact in size. They do have elevators and ramps to get to different levels. I don't recall seeing any sort of golf cart here or them driving anyone around though.

You're welcome! We went early September and it didn't seem busy at all. I'm guessing because a lot of kids go back to school at that time. We had a group of 17 there for our wedding, of all ages, and everyone loved it. It is an older resort, which you can kind of get a feel for in the video. That being said there were people constantly working on painting and keeping the grounds looking beautiful. Th glass bottom boat is included! There are so many inclusions here! It was a longer ride from the airport, however, on the way to the resort, we made a pitstop for food and bathroom breaks. Setting up the transportation was as easy as going to the Island Routes desk saying we wanted to go, and then going! If you haven't booked yet, I would love to help! Of course! I really enjoyed it. The grounds were well kept. The view was amazing. The people were so incredibly friendly. My group was only there three nights, and we toured a couple other resorts and went on some excursions while we were there, so I didn't get to fully experience everything the resort had to offer. What I did experience, however, was great!

No. You will get a bracelet, which doubles as your room key. There are signs that say the area is for hideaway guests and the bracelets are color coded to show that.

Hi! I was only here three nights, so I didn't get to try everything. The buffet for breakfast had quite a bit of options, especially for an all inclusive resort. I ate at Grazie, the Dorado, and Calyso while I was here and didn't have a bad meal. Others in the group I was with ate at other places and shared the same sentiment. I recommend just trying everything!
