Standing in a long line just to see someone's house, and then pretend you actually enjoy walking through it because everybody else is pretending too. Just a little more interesting than watching paint dry

Are they holding this again this summer? I'm in a singing group with some friends and would love to do this.

When I was a kid, growing up in central Sweden, my school was very strict that we had to learn these traditions. Early 90's, oh you... :-)

Really nice Swedish Ameracan Choir. Only the name of this choir says that it is a choir from America. Very cute and good singing and dancing children and youth. I think I would visit Genevea if I should go to America once again.

Some of them accually do....but you could not blame them for not looking "Swedish" their ancestors emigrated long ago....

I commend the Geneva Chamber of Commerce for holding its first talent show, it surely is a great opportunity for talented people in the area to get exposure. It would be nice to see a more diverse group of judges in the years to come.

Thank you for your comment. There was only a first place winner for the competition. We appreciate the work of our judges and feel that they were a qualified group. It was a difficult decision to choose a winner. The voting was very close, but we found the judges' ratings and comments to be very consistent, and we stand by their decision. Again, we congratulate Grace Dwyer on her winning performance and applaud the others for their amazing performances!

How Anastasia didnt win is inconceivable, i applaud Geneva for hosting a talent contest, the toughest thing about these competitions is finding QUALIFIED judges, most volunteer judges lean toward the show tunes and hammy theatrics for the winners, too bad :( ....they should have posted the 2nd and 3rd place finishers as well , assuming there were any .

No the crowns have more than 7 flowers. The originals may have but they were remade to look fuller onstage.
