Guessing this drill was more for reloading and you only put a few in to mag to practice faster reloads so you’re not wasting whole mag
It’s a shooting match. It would be in the brief for the stage. Something like engage all targets freestyle 2 shots each, reload engage all targets one shot each strong hand only.

Most the targets are cardboard with 5 point, 3 point, and 1 point areas. I can assure you i hit everything 😂
