The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) serves Texas government by leading the state's technology strategy, protecting state technology infrastructure, and offering innovative and cost-effective solutions for all levels of government. This video channel provides information on how to access, use, or otherwise benefit from DIR programs and offerings.
Cybersecurity Awareness Training
**This training is only valid until August 31, 2025**
Certified cybersecurity training program conducted by the Texas Department of Information Resources. This program is offered free of charge, in English and Spanish, to anyone who needs to meet the training requirements of Texas Government Code 2054.5191 or 2054.5192.
This training does not provide tracking or certificates for employees or employers; employers will need to track their employees' completion in a method of their own choosing.
