The Online Help Centre provides technical resources and self-help tools for small water system operators in British Columbia. This channel will host the videos from our webinars for water suppliers, operators, consultants and educators.
Thompson Rivers University with their partner hosts an annual webinar series and courses dedicated to providing relevant technical information, resources and tools to small water system owners and operators and First Nations small water systems on issues of treatment, regulations, operations, maintenance and water quality monitoring. At the same time, we hope to also provide a forum for systems to share information with one other.

Troubleshooting Small Water Treatment System Processes
Learn about some of the most common troubleshooting procedures that you can use to solve problems in your small water treatment plant.
