Probabaly the best FENZ video to exist, great vid mate
Nice catches!👍🏻
Nice!👍🏻 I be supporting you!👨🏻🚒🚒🔥🇳🇿
Had to look this up since you didn't tell us anything. HeliOtago is a full service rotorwing company based at Mosgiel on New Zealand's South Island. They provide charter, commercial, agricultural, air ambulance, & training services.
Nice one!
Great catch mate. Just came across your channel and have subbed. Keep up the great work.
What does second alarm mean please?
The way I understand it and I'm sure someone could correct me or you could google it is the higher the "alarm" the more assistance from other brigades either at the scene or helping to cover the area that the initial brigade has left unaccounted for in there own area
Nice!
Offt the lightbar on that bravo ute is outstanding. Excellent footage mate!
Great Catch I am from Auckland.
Cool Catch!👍
What type of vegetation was on fire that they needed HazMat?
Good question! The truck you're talking about is not only a HazMat truck, it's a command unit. All in one. Has all sorts of radios, internet connectivity, etc on board. As well as room(s) for people to to do planning/paperwork and stuff like that in. :)
None of them seemed to have any real urgency in their response... Traffic was keeping up with them...
Sorry and you are?… They aren’t cop cars aren’t chipped in with things to make them go faster and they have speeds that they have to keep to can’t just go 150kph
@@emergencyresponsedunedin2289 no need to be rude. I was simply comparing it to other countries videos I've seen.
Given the time of the day, the bult up traffic and the fact these trucks aren't necessarily the fastest, I'd say it was an appropriate speed. You'd definitely see Police vehicles going faster though.
@@Camzasaur yea other countries where they go flat out and end up crashing at least our firefighters take care driving to a callout and actually make it
@@Camzasaurdon't criticise the way things are done in NZ. Kiwis can't handle it.
Great catches new Subscriber mate.
That was a great catch, even at my old age of 66yo I still like to stand back and watch Fire Engines going by, best regards from a ex ChCh boy now living in Melbourne.
At least they gave it ago, that's probably the best part.
It tried.
Will257 ?
