How to take image off internet or Facebook and make layers in Cricut Design Space
This is a quick video to show how to take a simple clipart image you got from Facebook or the internet, and turn it into layers in Facebook to use for vinyl.
For this to work good, you want a simple image. One with not very many colors or small details.

This is how I wrap, bake and unwrap sublimation tumblers I get my tumblers from twelvebeescustomdesigns.com. The designs I either create myself or get from Etsy. The tape is just the wide masking tape. The heat tape is Cricut brand and I hate it but want to use up before getting a different brand. The convection oven I picked up at a pawn shop for like $80.
Reverse weeding QR code

When someone asks you why the payment table signs vendors use are expense, this is part of the reason. The QR code’s have tiny pieces and the easiest way to weed is reverse weeding. I did find a little part I messed up, but was able to fix it so the code works.

How To Make a 3 Color Leopard Print Tumbler

This was made so that you would know what all goes into making a cup. The proces sis long and drawn out over several days. The weather can sometime splay havoc with the drying of the epoxy. I also had someone ask how I make this particular cup, so this is the process. This cup is available for purchase. Just need to add a name to it and the last coat epoxy. Sorry about the watermark on the vide...

    Do you put the sub on the back so you don’t reverse the image?

    have you tried oracle 651 white vinyl? how would that be vs using the laminate and spray paint? May help take a step out of the process, but the colors may not be as vibrant.

    Hi! I might have an idea to help. I came across your video looking to see how difficult it would be to weed out a QR code. I noticed your coat had a lot of lines. If you put the code into TinyURL, it’ll turn the longer URL into a smaller URL which will create a less complicated QR code. And then you can take the tiny URL and move it into the same QR code generator to download the SVG. Hope this works/helps!

    How did you cut that qr code and was that an svg file?

    Usually those glass boards comes with the little rubbery “feet” thingies on the bottom. How do you get those out and I’m guessing they’re replaceable???

    • @sweetfunkydesigns

      I just pulled off. I bought more from Amazon to use because sometimes all the glue doesn’t come off with the rubber feet. If I can reuse them I will.

    • @lgray10101
      @lgray10101 2 года назад

      the laminate is made of polyester, so the sublimated print will adhere to that. yes, you lay the laminate shiny side up, place your image on teh shiny side of the laminate, the dull side of the laminate has the glue that will make it stick to the glass

    • @zootasplace7344
