Sofia came 5th (second highest total element score) with a personal best of 25.62 ⛸️⛸️😍

Sofia had a fab time competing at Level 3 at the British Ice Skating Young Stars competition in Sheffield on 18/03/2024. She got her level 3 score, a new personal best, and came 3rd ⛸️⛸️😍. Thank you to her fab coach Karen Brannen and all her friends from Whitley Bay Ice Skating Club and Whitley Bay Ice Rink for their support 😘

NE Opens Figure Skating Competition hosted by Whitley Bay and Billingham Ice Skating Clubs @ Billingham ice rink 14/02/2022. Sofia's first national competition. Beginner ladies 9 and under. 9th out of 16. Score 11.73.

Gold in her badge (freestyle 5) and age group in the Polar Club competition

And it's GOLD for Sofia in the badge 10, 6-8 age group 🤩. A bit of a heart stopping moment in the middle when her blade caught on the ice 😱. Her splits at the end proved problematic with shiny competition tights on!!! Thank you to her amazing coach Aleksandra Golovkina!

Sofia has now been ice skating for one year and is now in Grade 10 at Polar Club. She did two Polar Club competitions in this last year and has another one next month. She loves ice skating!!!
