We used a 8 inch angel food cake pan. You can still use the 10 inch round pan, but it would come out flatter that what you see in this video.

Yes, you can use all purpose flour. Cake flour brings out more of the bouncy texture.

Sorry for the late reply! I didn't get any notification from your comment. I used Fahrenheit because I am from the US and didn't realize at that time people all across the world would be watching this video. I just ran a quick conversion and the equivalent would be just about 176 degrees Celsius.

Are you referring to the chocolate portion of the marble cake? Or are you looking for a whole chocolate cake recipe?

To clarify, you would need 1 1/2 cup of sugar total for the chiffon cake. Half of that total (3/4 cup) would go into the batter mixture while the other half (3/4 cup) would go into the egg white mixture. I hope this makes more sense! I'll make the adjustment on the ingredient list of the video description to make it more clear.

Yes, that should be fine. If you're using a 9 x 3 inch round pan, the cake won't rise as high, but still works. In this video, we used a 8 inch round pan.
