I was there for the blizzard of 1978 even that was fun!!

Yes ,Wellesley is the place for your kids to grow up. I did. Actually, I had neighbors that had a last name of Coyle,lived next to Wallace and Nugent. That was on Wellesley ave.I grew up on Dexter Rd. Abrahamson lived on Dexter and was one of the architects of the newer library at the time. I remember carrying books from the library on the hill to the new one across the street. Memorial day the 7 gun salute we scrambled to collect the shells from the shooters.I delivered news papers for Chet plasco ,Wellesley news agency.I had a blast as a kid .

So what is going on with the job market? i hear Boston lost 10% of its jobs. i worry about my daughter. She is paid $3000 ( plus healthcare) a month to do research and that should be her life for the next 6 years. future video? Why would a human ( vs corporate) invest in real estate in Boston? it would be better to invest in states that have better tax rates for investors like TX, WA.

It definitely is an illusion in America with property tax. But it is more real in select countries.
