As 2024 wraps up I reflected upon the many great things God has done this year. From breakups to new relationships to growing deeper in intimacy with God and knowing what it truely looks like to surrender everything and lay it all at his feet. The story of Mary and Martha is such a great clear depiction of the heart posture and reverence we should have towards God. Distracted by many tasks, filling up my worthiness and value with works I took the glory away from God and instead moved in selfish ambition.
