2 months later and i am just watching this. Anyways, i'd Say Culture has seemingly failed us in Africa. Some of our cultural beliefs are good and some, do not favour at all because explain to me how you leave a man in the house all day and he literally is waiting for you to return from work to come make his meal. That's very sad. I agree that our parents especially our mothers have a major role in this. The bible says train up your Child the way he should go. It wasnt gemder specific even tho its says '...he should go' . If you feel as a parent, raising your sons to be lazy and leave all roles to the wife is the best way to train them , then remember that your son will treat another woman the way a man will treat your daughter(s) (if you have daughters). The work lies in our hands as Women. We are the ones responsible for nuturing and 'naturing' our children. Do not prefer one gender child to the other. Raise them all up the way they should go so that when they are old, they wont depart from it - whether male or female!

Loyalty and competence are intertwined…. I can’t handover everything about my life to you only because you’re competent… Your competency can make you sell me off or even kill me to take over, since you’re competent in handling stuff and you’ll handle it very well without issue because you’re competent and not loyal… But being loyal and competent will make you handle my stuff and also support me with all your heart…. Loyalty alone won’t do it, you might be loyal to a fault and cost me my life since you aren’t competent in handling certain issues…. God can’t commit everything into our hands because we aren’t competent enough to do EVERYTHING….. I’m loyal to God, but in the aspect of competence, I have my strongest points and weakest points (which means I might be good at handling certain issues but someone else might be better than me), so God will definitely give me stuff that He knows I can handle very well….

In regard to the cooler ministry, I served as Vice president of my fellowship in school, and I am not a cooking type, but two sisters in fellowship regularly come to my lodge to cook in my place which I and them will eat. But something about them is that they come in two. And I don't stop anyone from coming to eat in my place because they place me high, and I love attending to people need. Although I don't think it's a sin, except if it become constant. If it's a sin then God should forgive me.

Having both competence and loyalty makes you more valuable than someone who has one of the two, it shouldn't be a debate as to which one is more important, both are very important, also the reason Potiphar left everything into Joseph's hands is right there in Gen 39:2-6
