ok but my question is, what does the board of the tachy primal and tachyon xyz have outside of the two omni negates from hand? can not most decks these days play through two negates?

and the rest of the deck is Called By, Crossout, and every hand trap known to man?

honestly, you could put this 4 card shell along with the Arcana Force The World 4 card shell in Drytron game 1, and just, side them out the other two games. If they dont work you can just play normal Drytron, an xyz lock isnt a big deal.

Is terrortop not at 3 in the ocg?

This seems too reliant on that one card combo resolving. Lacks gas.
