Its only turning the engine, there's no heavy flywheel, clutch assembly, torque converter etc and its not attached to a transmission...almost every engine under those conditions sounds like that, don't be impressed 😂
Take any engine and remove all of its drivetrain components and its going to rev faster and the revs will decrease faster. Thats why people install light weight flywheels in manual applications.

Nope it’s the roller cam that lets it rev so quick and then drop rpms flat tappet cams take just a little longer to drop rpm’s .
