Sir my father liver cancer the mri report on Liver appears normal in size (~ 15.1 cm), nodular outline with left lobe and caudate lobe hypertrophy. • Ill-defined T2W hyperintense lesion is seen involving the left lobe, segment IVA & IVB of liver. No diffusion restriction. On arterial phase, there is heterogenous enhancement showing areas of washout in venous and delayed phases. • Enhancing tumoral thrombus in branches of left portal vein and main portal vein (maximum caliber ~ 18 mm). • Spleen appear moderately enlarged in size (~ 18 cm) with no focal parenchymal lesions identified. • Moderate ascites. • Gall bladder is distended and appears normal. • CBD is normal. No obvious calculus seen. • Pancreas appears normal. No significant ductal dilatation seen. Peripancreatic fat planes appear preserved. No obvious focal lesion. • Upper abdominal Aorta, IVC and portal vein appear normal. • No evidence of ascites seen.
