You make a great point. " Five spots left, SALE, SALE, SALE, BUY IT NOW NOW NOW " vs. " I am looking for 5 individuals who are ready to transform themselves this month " is a TOTALLY DIFFERENT BALL-GAME, and it will never fatigue the target audience. Real pull-marketing!.

4:53 I believe you’re absolutely correct. Sometimes, all it takes is a single phrase, a well-crafted paragraph, or even just one sentence to shift someone’s perception or consciousness. There’s incredible power in words, and copywriting holds a bit of magic in it-each word is intentionally chosen for a specific purpose. Everything we come into contact with carries its own vibration and influences us on some level, whether positively or negatively- including copywriting.

I was an early adopter of LinkedIn and yes, I definitely agree with Jared that there was some cringe factor that entered the chat, especially when LinkedIn tried features that were very similar to traditional social media like stories. Ugh! And do I still get Chatbots in my inbox trying to sell me something or connection requests from people who don’t exist? Of course. But LinkedIn is a very powerful tool if you leverage it in the right way. If you aren’t getting value in the feed then it’s likely because of your connections and what you’ve chosen to engage with. taking the time to weed through that and engage with the right type of content you’ll see an improvement. I have used LI to reverse engineer finding candidates to hire not only as an internal HR person, but I now use it to find candidates for my clients as well. I have also used it to connect others to job opportunities or resources and give/get recommendations. I think LinkedIn is a great tool to build a community and one that I find incredibly valuable for my business.
