So what would it be when docked? Like what does the Z1 extreme compare to as just a cpu.. I been using a dock at 1080 in space marine i am getting around 45 to 60 fps.

This chair sucks bad! I use a Lazyboy chair with feet up with corsair k63 wired lapboard and cheap DIY computer desk to get the monitors in the correct position over the Lazyboy chair.

Hey, I'm now saving money to buy 2 gpu without pin power, should i buy same gpu or not? I want to buy rtx 3050 no pin and 1650 no pin? Can you test it for me? Where should i plug into my single monitor ?

I bought a 4070 and I wanted to test out RT for the first time, so I downloaded this. Blew me away. I was skeptical of raytracing initially, but this, and that Half-Life mod, sold me on properly implemented RT.

After about 8 months of using 7900X3D on Linux, I've finally learned how to make it's 3D V-Cache cores work on Linux (thanks to CachyOS developer ptr1337 who told me) You can use Hotplug to disable CCD1 cores (cores without extra cache) using terminal: echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu6/online ... echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu11/online echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu18/online ... echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu23/online When you do this, it is as you have disabled CCD1 using BIOS. You can use this command even in middle of the game! Also you can re-enable all those cores (again, you can alt-tab even in middle of the game) by replacing "0"s with "1" in code above! Hotplug already exists in Linux Kernel code BTW, you don't need to install anything. You can use "lstopo" command on Linux to find out which cores (and threads) have extra cache. For 7900X3D, it is cores 0 to 5 and threads 12 to 17. Therefore you need to disable all the other cores (6 to 11 and 18 to 23). This will massively increase CPU gaming performance (depending on the game ofc. For some games you notice no difference and some games for example Starfield HATE extra cache lol) and will truly make use of 3D Cache technology of this CPU under Linux. It turns out this CPU works perfectly on Linux, it was just sad that AMD didn't even bother to make such basic information public for beginner Linux users.. View solution in original post

Best review for any of these I've seen... I've been highly skeptical of the "massage" function for these since only one other video I've seen has the person actually tried it out in the video. And even he didn't actually sit and try it out. lol He just held his hand on the seat while operating it. There's a lot of really complicated software shit you would have to do to make an SSD compatible like that and noone (to my knowledge) has been able to do it so far. But even if SOMEHOW you figure out how to format the drive properly as soon as that gets out into the mainstream and Microsoft gets a whiff of it they'll probably roll out an update that kills it.

My main PC(a Ryzen 7 7840HS mini PC) has the Radeon 780M and I love it, it handles emulation like a champ ! And it has hardware AV1 encoder and decoder so cool for content creation.

A year later and the 7900X3D can be found cheaper than 7800X3D. For people that use the same PC as a workstation and for gaming the 7900X3D may be a better option if they need a middle ground between the two uses at a really good price. Picked my 7900X3D up for $330 USD this week.
