Full Body Workout | Dumbbell Strength at Home
This 35-minute Workout works all major muscle groups. Using dumbbells, this workout can done at home or in the gym.
Class delivered to my subscribers live on Wednesday 4 December, as part of our December training program.
Includes warm up (3 minutes) and cool down (2 minutes).
Modifications:
* Go at your pace and complete as many reps as you can with the weights that you have.
* If you are short on time, do 2 sets of each and then move to the next block.
* Equipment needed: Chair/bench and maybe a band
