In Microwave convection, it is not necessary to preheat except some recipes but if you use OTG then please preheat your oven first.

It can be stored for a week and if you keep them in the refrigerator in an airtight container then their shelf life increases by 10-15 days. But for this, please make sure your cookies are properly baked. Underbaked cookies don't last longer.

Every OTG and microwave has different temperature settings according to their watts . Check after baking for 10 minutes. Once you crack the timing as per your OTG you will not feel any difficulty. If you still see any problems after this, please let me know. Thank you

Mam I cooked in lg microwave at convection mode, first I preheat the microwave & then at 180° temperature for 35 mins baked it.

Your baking temperature and time (for 1 Cup Maida or Atta) is perfectly fine. Try this : You should fill the cake tin half or a little more than that, if you fill it too much then the cake gets cooked from the outside but remains raw from inside. Another reason : your cake batter consistency. Check the video for the right consistency. If both things are fine then increase the baking temperature. Try this suggestion and let me know.
