Well since it’s a bear skin, yes. It’s just extremely rare to come across it, because very few people own the skin. It’s especially given out by Cheedaman.

There is only a couple people known to have the skin (including Cheed himself) he normally would give the skin to people who’ve helped created maps or skins. But people who are in the Mandem can receive it too. The person in the video using the skin is friends with Cheedaman, which is most likely why he owns the skin. He doesn’t give it to people who ask him I don’t think. I’m also not entirely sure on how to contact him, or what his @ is on any other social media platforms. That’s all the information I have, but I’m sure if you did a little research you’ll find something I haven’t already told you.
