Does the pre-filter just float? Doesn't seem to be a bracket for support.

Good video, but you need to change the title from "QS2.mov" to something more relevant like "Rainfresh Twist Dual QS2 under-sink water filtration system demo". I'm about to replace my super-expensive Culligan RO system with the QS2, and I wanted to see how good the flow-rate is. This video helps that for sure! Thanks! Hoping for a leak-free installation and long-term operation of this new system!

At 1:09 you Mention the Deluxe model (which I have) that has an on/off or bypass but you do NOT say another word on their use. Again > DO I have to turn the main water off or not Please??

:( CanNOT get ANY info on the on/of / bypass I still don't Know if I have to Shut off the main water or not :( > ALMOST sure I was told the bypass meansI don't have to shut the water off but again > there is NO info on this anywhere. Myowner manual is NOT for the deluxe and the hardward store hasn't a clue :(

Just remember to remove the clear cellophane wrap on the filter cartridge that is already installed in the canister that comes in the box. I mistakenly didn’t think to do the cellophane removal and went ahead and installed the unit and then took a shower that had very little pressure. I called the 1-800 number and the CSR chuckled and said “remove the cellophane wrapping on the filter, it is a very common issue. It is noted in the instructions but of course I didn’t read them.

Just bought one of these from Low’s. Hooked it up easily with no problem, the only thing that happened was the bottom of the ceramic filter blew off when I turned the water on and the one jar leaked right off the hop. I bought a new ceramic filter and when I was VERY CAREFULLY changing it, because these things break if you look at it the wrong way, I found a random hair on the o-ring jar seal. Moral of the story is DON’T use the lube from the night stand on that there o-ring.. The thing works great now, no leaks!
