It's a drill. In the original drawing without the filters, you could see Exe stand on a Mobian's decapitated head holding a drill. Hence the song name being Drilldozer. At the end of this song he evil drills the bunny girl to death😅

I think this is a drill because 1. It has blood on it and usually guns are ranged weapons 2. You can hear what seems to be the sound of a drill at the start and 3. There is literally official art of X holding a drill that resembles the one you are seeing in this video.
