I love carrot cake especially with cream cheese frosting 👩🏻‍🌾 you can skip the frosting and enjoy the cake without it too :) I don't usually like spices in cake but I like the hints of cinnamon & nutmeg in this
this was moist, light, not too sweet & not heavy on the spices 🧡 not my first time baking carrot cake but definitely the best attempt haha

brownies are probably one of the easiest to bake & it was the first thing I ever baked 👩‍🍳 I love fudgy brownies that are not too sweet so I used 70% dark chocolate but you can substitute it for a semi sweet one they are basic but sooo versatile and this is by far the best brownies I have baked :D thanks for watching!
