Such a beautiful journal! And those tips are great! Thank you! I actually covered the inside of a received card on both sides with coffee dyed paper. I made a banner using scraps, they are like pendants placed on baker's twine. A letter can be written on this or a new sentiment. Then on the back I made a belly band, accented the band with my little stitched clusters. I then made a huge tag to go under the band and decorated it. This can be resent or used in a journal pocket.

I will have to check menards. I got mine at Five Below & they were loaded with black dirt & disgusting little globs of leaves (I think) My table was filthy & it grossed me out. Do you have any suggestions for washing the fabrics? There are such pretty ones that I would like to salvage if possible 🙏

Oh keep your sentiment with originals but by stamping all on one page or however many it will help you tremendously.

Use those little round things ,to put on the holes of your plastic sleeves to give them more stability. Put on the front and back. I have done this for about 30 yrs now,so at 78 it's been awhile. I hope this helps you.

I put a piece of cardstock in the sleeve,after stamping the image on,using both sides.

I am working very hard to make ephemra so I can organize my craft supplies! I am crafting out of storage bins. 😩
