Wicked Witch Strikes

The Wicked Witch strikes twice at the 2009 Chesterton Wizard of Oz Festival. First, the festival attendees are frightened by her cackle, which comes from seemingly nowhere. This actually had a much bigger effect when she did it on Saturday when there were more attendees. Second, the Witch harasses an innocent jogger in Porter before the Breakfast with the Munchkins
