I don't think that Pastor Levesque wants to be related to Steven Anderson, but both seem to fall for a misconception. The "book" the Qur'an is referring to (kitab) is not the Bible but rather written by God (resp. Allah) Himself in Heaven. It has been revealed verbally (vocally) to the prophets (Moses, David, Jesus) through the angle Gabriel (Jibreel) but then "corrupted" by men who wrote it down. The third Caliph (Uthman) saw that particular risk also for the Qur'an and ordered all copies (slightly differing already then) to be destroyed. So, the "Bible" is not God's word but men's, written down during the ages. That would explain discrepancies of stories and conceptions told in the Qur'an (God's most recent revelation) and the Bible (both Old and New Testaments).

If claiming corruption is a solution to the disagreement between the quran and the Bible, then why not rather search for the corruption in the quran? One might find that the quran is not internally consistent, or that the quran's provenance is suspect, and what we have was compiled from scraps of bark and similar. One might find statements in the quran that teach something that seems corrupt.

Romans Ch1 teaches the reprobate doctrine. God will allow a person to believe or not believe. But God will finally give a person over to a reprobate mind. A reprobate cannot be saved. Moses saw Pharoah deny God and finally Pharoah was given over to a reprobate mind. It doesn’t matter whether you believe in God or not. He has given a path for all to be saved. Whether Old Testament or New Testament. Salvation is by faith and faith alone. No works. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever beliveth on Him shall not perish but have eternal life. We must understand that we are a sinner in need of a Savior. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. I pray that this person would consider before rejecting. God will allow you choice and should you choose to reject you will come to the point of being reprobate. That is your choosing not Gods. He wants all to be saved and non to perish. Eternity is forever. You will whether you believe it or not fiend eternity in heaven through Gods free gift of salvation by believing on His Son through simple faith. Or spend eternity in hell.

Historicity of Jesus. There is no evidence that the biblical Jesus ever existed. The virgin birth, crucifixion and resurrections are the foundational dogma of the Christian religions; no evidence exists for any of that. That a man (rabbi, minister, priest or a hobo of his day with similar name lived, is possible, but that would not serve Christianity. What about the thousands of writings and claims from many religious historians? They are serving their faith and are not interested in facts of history. Is it possible that not a single eyewitness to Jesus mention a single words about Jesus? No it is not possible, if he really existed and performed those miracles. What about the contemporaries, writers and historians in the early first century? There were more than a dozen of those around Jerusalem and the Middle Eat. Nobody mentioned witnessing the birth, trial and crucifixion of Jesus or the graves opening and the dead walking around the city. If you are tempted by the 4 Gospels, than you should know that these were written by anonymous Greeks living in Greece having never met Jesus, just hearing the folk tales. The 4 did not have names, and we do not know who they were or what they saw or did not see. The Greek bishop, Irenaeus invented the four names and inserted them into the gospels in 170 C.E. Did you ever ask why the other dozen or so gospels were excluded from the bible? The answer is, they were excluded because they contradict the four gospels that were included. Very convenient. It should also be noted, that the bible was and I still being revised. Several version are in use today. For those perpetrating the Jesus propaganda I would like to ask; (1) Do you believe that the prophet Muhammad split the moon in half and rode a winged horse (buraq)? Well, there are thousands of written confirmations/writings and 1.6 billion Muslims claim it so. (2) Do you believe that Joseph Smith received god’s message on a golden tablets from the angel Moroni? There are millions of Mormons who write about and believe that. Plus other tales by other religions about their private miracles? What is the difference between those tales and the Christian tale? Finally, the Jesus story closely matches stories of other gods before Jesus. Is that a coincidence; I think not. For example Horus born of a virgin, had twelve disciples, walked on water, delivered a 'sermon on the mount', performed miracles, (turning water into wine) was executed beside two thieves, rose from the dead and ascended into heaven. It turns out, that the Jesus story is a cheap knock-off of previous legends.

God used someone with a King James Bible to give me the gospel all the way back in 1977 from Isaiah 53. The Holy Spirit was convicting me the whole time he was just reading that passage. I can't even remember what he was saying, only what he read from that passage. I literally sensed the presence of God in that room. I did not respond to the gospel that night but one week later I went to his church, went forward, and the same guy showed me a few verses from the Romans Road and asked me if I'd like to trust Christ. This time I was ready and he led me in a simple prayer for salvation based on what I had just been told and had agreed to each point. While I was praying with him for salvation God did the work of regeneration in my heart and I KNEW I had been forgiven of all my sins. I immediately had a strong desire to pray and to read the Bible. As I read the KJV the Holy Spirit began to teach me and I got such peace, joy, and assurance that I was a child of God and that I could NEVER lose my salvation according to many statements of scripture. I think I'll just stick with the KJV either until I die or I get raptured out of here which I really do expect to happen at any moment!

Answering sheik at 25:10 why God will punish Jesus who never sinned instead of punishing us the sinners .🤔 Romans 3:23 all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God . 2 cor 5:21 God made him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf,so that in him we might become the righteousness of God . Romans 5:8 God demonstrated his own love for us in this while we still yet sinners , Christ died for us . 😃God saved us in Christ ❤
