Yes, I tried a four or five more and then just made my own, and the second version in various leathers of my own design has been in my pocket since then. I didn't plan on it to end up that way, but it sort of killed my motivation to make wallet videos cause it would seem like a gross way to advertise my own product. I've been considering making a follow up video, but I'm not quite there yet.

@@senseored Could you drop your product as a reply to this comment? I'm interested as I've been looking for an everyday carry, but not everything fits my need. It looked like the craft & lore port wallet was your favorite, and I've been looking for something similar before I pull the trigger on it.

I’m using wallets I’ve made and designed myself now, so this is not in my rotation anymore. It’s mostly very high quality tho - the thread is probably the “worst” part about it. If you like the design it’s a good choice. Eight cards will probably be very tight at first, but it’ll probably stretch out to fit it over time.

It’s not my preferred layout either (planck/preonic or some split version of them for me, crkbd is a bit limited to me personally) but it is a fantastic thing to type on. Shame about the tumb cluster.

I intentionally planned to only use the saw tooths in the wrong direction to not scratch my hand, but forgot on camera and actually started bleeding slightly.

I believe it's a wax coating applied by the tannery.

I think using the middle pocket for cash might make it difficult to get it out. If you're only using three cards and some cash, maybe look at this wallet from the same company? craftandlore.com/products/twobit-wallet
