It’s my own studies. The state ran schools mission has been the erosion of education specifically US history. That’s what brought us to this point. I sang all four verses to this song it’s posted on my channel. It records Francis Scott Keys visual account of that day of what he saw from afar off. That’s why that flag should never touch the ground. It’s a sign of surrender. We never surrender we’re Americans 🇺🇸

lol 😂. Well you get that cardio up you’ll see a difference. You won’t get wore out winded and you’ll be stronger to play. It helps. For singing it helps allot. I’d say a drummer would really benefit, that a workout.
