These are cool colors. I’m new to nail polish and nail art. Can you explain how you layered the different colors? How do you keep the colors from contaminating the brush when they overlap colors? Thanks

I love a pearlescent but can’t stand the strokes either. I end up doing like 4 coats to minimize them.

I had to jump in and recommend CND speedey top coat, by far the best ive ever used. Dries in seconds, super glossy shine that lasts, locks polish for weeks with zero shrinkage and a nice, thinner consistency. I can't live without it

I like pearl polishes but I do agree that they do show brush strokes. I don't care for thermals either. There are several polishes that I do not care for.

I don’t think anyone one likes pearl finish. But I agree I dislike all of them.

I have to have cuticle scissors. I pick at cuticles if they don't look perfect.

My nails break a lot less after switching over from square to almond. I don't know why that is!

Can I replace the jojoba oil for pumpkin oil? I find the helps me lock moisture in as well.

Beautiful nails. I'm in the process of growing out damaged nails (did something REAL stupid that damaged them), and it's taking quite a long time to get a completely healthy nail. Will be so happy when they are strong again. For now, I've got square shaped shorties.
