works as of Sierra and 7.2.2 on Apple TV. Used apple configure 2. Thanks. note: if your having a problem connection your Apple TV to the Mac then try a different cable I went through three before it worked.

The videos have text vs someone speaking so that the user can pause the video and follow the process at their own pace. With someone speaking viewers often have to rewind the video multiple times if they miss a step in the process.

bruh why don't these tutorials ever have the person speaking? it's so annoying. like why is that so hard? you have a mic on the damn computer and if not you can buy a cheap ass mic on ebay or use your phone mic and sync both those things. come on bruuuhhhhhh. good info in this video though

Hi Benjmnf. Install worked great, even using Apple configurator 2. Just a question though. I have my media on a password protected Qnap NAS. Do the ip settings differ and do I need to input my username & password in the setup somewhere? Thanks, Brad

I have done this but via PC, and wirelessly to the apple tv. Now also airplay works on my android tablet via plex. This is frikkin awesome. Finally i have some use of the otherwise useless appletv.
