This is the compact / modified version of our Scandinavian style home plan. With 3,200 sq ft finished area, this house accommodates 4 bedrooms and a den, 3.5 baths. The floor plans of this design version are more compact and different from the original version (although the exterior architecture style is more or less the same), with smaller rooms, more efficient layout, a side-load attached garage, and no basement.

    Can you build this house on a plot size of 70x100 feet?

You would need to modify the design significantly to reduce the size / footprint, especially if there are setback requirements applied to your lot (your buildable area could be smaller than 70' x 100').
