Thermal expansion, thermal contraction. Press fit or zero tolerance anything is a bitch at room temp for anything. Basically, if you get the bearing cold enough to contract .002" and the bushing heated up to expand .002" you've got an easy slip on with the difference being .004. Then they cool off to room temperature and there's. 000 zero tolerance. Some large machines have negative tolerance fits and you have to use liquid nitrogen and map gas.

@@mormotorsport449 I actually did it! My beard was over 20 cm long and destoyed it for some nasty chops. No regrets, the chops were awesome but now I have a huge bushy mustache without chops.
