A quick and easy guide on how to perform Air Combos effectively in LNS Ultimate. Some characters are better at this than others, but this can be considered general knowledge that applies to all characters, hope this helps!
Final Fight LNS Ultimate - Robert Garcia

To play as Robert, you need to have all characters unlocked and then hit the stop sign as shown in the video. Robert is great at stunlocking enemies, hitting hard and keeping them airborne with his kicks, while his supers deal devastating damage when his health is in the red. Very fun if you can put up with the constant "YEAH"s whenever you pick up an item.

Feel like I dont know how to play Akuma well yet but I know you should abuse the teleports and air fireballs, as Akuma has one of the highest mana refresh rates.

I suck, lost a life on Akuma because Sagat would not stop with the run up uppercuts, just means I have to train more. This should be a good demonstration as to how air grab cancels work, just press attack when you grab them to cancel it. I'll get a full run with extra stages when I stop being so bad and Git Gud, let me know if I should try any other characters outside of Nick to show them off too

I hope the enemies are balanced for all of this. be boring if you can TOD everything easily.
man I still get my ass kicked easily, they circle around behind you and hit you in the back so these giant combos are unrealistic without backup
Reminder that this game is FREE, check description for more info. First ever 1CC for me personally, was just screwing around with jump kicks and somehow got real lucky on the first half of the game, I can always improve but this is gonna be a huge personal landmark for me

@@DJ-cx3xp I'll definately be able to do Billy and Sonny, but the others are too tough for me to do 1CC with, Shaq and Spawn dont have grabs, and I just cant figure out Jimmy for the life of me

yes someone I knew was having problems killing the gol3ms so I just made this real fast to show how to do it
it will not work how to beat him as the grunt with long finger nails
all you need to do is hit him with melee attacks until he goes for his grab, dodge it, get behind him and take his helmet off repeat until he dies

Brings me back to that 90's feel man...where there were no memory cards on consoles...its 1.invite your friends to help you finish the game, 2. Have snacks n soda prepared, 3. Do subs when tired then "balls to the wall" try to finish the entire game before parents call your friends home for dinner hahahaha.

@@30year-oldboomer17 That is a character from the Japanese version of an old Konami arcade beat-em-up called 'Vendetta'. He would hump the light poles and then do the same to your character, causing damage lol :D Much like Ash in Streets of Rage 3, he was removed from the US version for some unknown reason ;)
This seems like one of those games where if you are not careful, you can easily end up playing it all night My kind of game
I'm a 30-year old boomer as well and I'm fine with that These sidescrolling beat-em-ups were truly something special and they hold up very well amongst today's new gaming elite
I love the fact that something like OpenBOR exists and people can create something like this that is deep and with a level of complexity far exceeding the beat-em-ups of my youth. It really is the best time to be into gaming :)

Not sure what you mean, when I hit the MadGear sign at the start it gives me all the secret characters outside of the developer himself. Are you running version 0.3?

How do you switch between both air attack so fast?
Its just repetition, down attack then neutral attack over and over. I played MUGEN a lot when I was younger so I have a history with using my keyboard for fighting games and stuff like that. Just gotta practice it more is all
Akuma's air attacks are also a bit wonky, at least I haven't been able to spam them as much as I can with other characters like Cody, Alex, Robert, or Nick
