I'm running Revit on Windows 11, which is running on Parallels on a Macbook Pro, which is all mirrored to the Apple Vision Pro. The .usdz files are natively running on Apple Vision Pro and it is very fluid. I needed SimLab to export the .usdz file from Revit, you can do a trial before forking over $199.
