Thanks for having me! I wanted to share a few additional details about my RUclips channel that I neglected to mention during our interview. The primary focus of my channel is exploring the intersection of history and video games. Specifically, my videos analyze games that incorporate real world historical elements. This channel not only aims to cultivate an audience interested in this unique topic, which as far as I'm aware, isn't the main focus of any other channel, but it also serves as a continuation of my analytical work. This work is integral in understanding how to construct interactive narratives for my VR worlds. In the future, I plan to include in the channel content that showcases these VR worlds. I also hope to engage with my viewers more interactively, which I believe will offer valuable insights into how I can improve these VR environments. However, my primary goal is to first establish a dedicated viewer base.

Unfortunately, technology produces information, not results. HR Tech has grown exponentially for decades, and the employee needle hasn't moved, even with the billions invested. For any of this to make sense, you must cite examples of successful engagement transformations where the change impacted business metrics. The data has never been the problem; the problem is that HR has little influence over disinterested leaders. Companies will be OK with dealing with the SEC issue since there is no widely accepted data on what metrics matter. I can't imagine that, excepting the woke CEOs, there are any CEOs losing sleep over carbon. The same can be said about DEI; there's no proof, but it sounds so good. Batteries are only a part of the recycling problem; there's no viable recycling method for wind turbines and solar panels.

You could not find five people who would agree with the definition of employee engagement. There are millions of definitions on Google. So you can see how meaningless the statistics presented here are. If there's no consensus on the definition, there can be no agreement on how to fix it. Notwithstanding all the EE/EX hype, how do we explain there's no one citing examples of successful EE/EX transformations where there is a direct correlation between the initiative and, say, earnings, stock appreciation, improved margins, or any other meaningful financial metric. What process was used, how long did it take, how the typical blockers in management and leadership stopped, how long did it take to see results, whether HR was involved, and whether the results were sustainable. The statistics presented here are nothing more than hype. So here's a challenge for the experts. Sell your process to the CEO, and explain the targeted financial impact and how long it will take. What role do the CEO and officers play, how you will stop the politics and culture from interfering, and most importantly, what percentage of your fees will be tied to the financial results. Someone has to fix something at some point, and until successful examples are cited, it's not difficult to understand why CEOs are not involved and why the EE/EX needled hasn't moved for decades; notwithstanding the exponential growth in HR Tech, EE/EX experts and billions invested.
