Congrats on your twins <3 I think you are doing great, I remember the tail end of my pregnancy and the first few months of postpartum were really hard to get use out of makeup, but it gets better! Praying for you and your family to get all settled into this new chapter.

My goodness Twins you say dear I hope your feeling well. Is this your first offspring? If so when for a first time mom it can be difficult. In my culture we always learn it our own mothers. All the ladies take part raising the children, gentleman not so much

My inventory is obnoxious and I'm on a no buy for the foreseeable future 😂. I think your numbers are good

I have a bigger collection and I don't film. Eek! I'm really focusing on lots of project pans this year to try to get some of it out. My collection almost doubled last year and at the end of the year I did an inventory as I had to check myself. I had 250 products at the end of last year. I have about 230 now. I've used up a few things but mostly panning has helped me find things that are expired or don't suit me so I've decluttered a fair bit. On the plus side I've found some things I really love too. I'm on a no-buy this year, but that has been a challenge!

I love the idea of doing a makeup rotation. I used to do toy rotations for my kids...it's not that different. Lol. I also love your sewing machine in the background. It's beautiful.

Congrats on the babies! Regarding your panning process, I feel you so much! I also focus on products that I'm not super in love with just because it feels wasteful to *just* throw them away. One thing that helps me is to always have other products that I do like to bounce off and playing with the products that I don't love to see how can I adjust them so that I do like them. For example, I am currently panning a CC cream that I wished had more coverage, so I mixed it with a foundation that had way too much coverage and was drying on my skin. Now I'm loving reaching for that franken CC Cream. Good luck with your project pan!

The Milani looks a little bit more pigmented but the elf went in smoother and they look pretty similar so I would have to say Elf was the better one

I love declutter videos, and mostly when it's things I struggle to discard. Did any of those went to the trash or you could donate everything ? I mostly struggle with anything that can't be sold or donated so if you'll ever need to toss some, I hope you'll film it as it's something most people declutter off cameras :( And ideally in a real youtube video as I don't like too much shorst because I prefer full screen videos :P
