Buy a universal leather boot and trim to fit
Omfg was it hard to get that damn 3/16th hex screw off! I tried a soldering gun to heat the bold, multiple tools and still couldn’t get it off! Your suggestion of using a lighter worked great! I kept that flame on there for like two minutes and then it finally broke loose. Thanks for the tip!
