You should have made a small vacuum with the tape and a few sandwich baggies .. put a little hole to pull some vacuuming to the sealed baggy tape contraption . .. then blown back into the hose .. would work into the crack ..

It works great if u push on the glass from the inside as ur putting the filler in the crack u can watch the crack disappear if ur putting the right amount of pressure on the crack the clear film strip are just to keep the air from going back in the crack while ur waiting on it to dry 15 to 20 nins in sun ..u may need someone pushing on the inside of the crack as u apply the resin from outside. opening that crack to get the resin down inside it will literally disappear if ur doing it correctly

Use stainless steel zip ties.

Had the same problem with the buzzing sound. I then pulled the refirigerator out a couple inches and problem solved.

Sitting back watching my wife do this and you DEF have to follow the directions step by step … she had a very easy time putting the right springs on !!!! Def need an even distribution of tension

That's because you didn't open it up and fill it

You have to push from the inside to spread the cracks to fill them

Fantastic video - thanks for sharing your knowledge. My 470 would appear to have the same issue. I put a dehumidifier in the car overnight b/c I had tons of water. It overflowed into my overhead light too, so others may find that as a symptom as well. Thanks again.

I tried and it works like a breeze. Im having this crack my whole life, and whatever I tried it always stayed visible. It was bothering me because theres sometimes air passing through it, and it's not always very pleasant. It's finally closed up now, even though mechanics said i couldn't and shouldn't do it. But since a week I have severe stomach pains.. i will find a fix for that too, these days you can find anything on RUclips. Thanks a lot!

Poorly designed if there is ice-build-up on the fan and it makes that noise and you have to do this every couple of months. I would take it back and get a full refund.

Tried to pop the battery out and the entire back of it fell apart 🤦🏼‍♀️ literally the SD cards and all flew out.

Installing is not a problem, it is very easy. I purchased two 12000-BTU units, and after two years, both stop working. The problem was loss of refrigerant. I contacted midea customer service, and basically, they didn't offer any help. Their answer was that the units were covered by one year warranty. So you know that the owner's manual states that seals have five years warranty. Still, midea didn't honor that. I had no choice but to throw both in the garbage since I was not able to find a technician that fix window units. $ 1000.00 wasted.

I just got this packet of rainex windscreen repair kit, so im watching this,so far the cracks still totally visible,im up to the wait for resin to dry part , a crack about a foot long from the edge of windscreen on drivers side shaped like a j, an totally still see the crack

please stop doing this HUGE job when you can get this done without opening the back. Just blow hair dryer onto the back for 20 to 30 min. It will melt the ice and you will save ton of time.

Samsung fixed this problem with the metal cool . Once you break the foam it freezes up more often . I replaced the back panel and installed the extended drain heater prong . It has been 5 mnths without issue .

My ex girlfriend had a long crack. The dang thing went a third of the way up to her shoulder blades.

On cracks I noticed they really reflect sunlight. So that would be an improvement if the character doesn't blind you when driving

Ordered resin, and plan on trying this too, this week.. i have the claim to replace the windshield on the 10th so hell, why not try to fix it.. I'll post back if it works, plan on using a needle to get the resin into the crack deeper, and UV light to cure it.. My guess is it wont be perfect.. But who knows, worth a shot.. Edit: i like your use of painters tape to see the crack easier.. gonna borrow that.. 😂

Did u ever get that brake light and ABS light to go off. Mines on too on my 2007 MGM
