If you all had the time, what realty-based reality show would you create to put out there?
Good question! I think each of us may have a different answer. I (Jon) have an affinity for the renovation based shows and love to see transformations of really derelict properties. The challenge would be to do something that is totally different than what is currently out there. The unstructured format has become so sensationalized... I personally think if someone was to strap a camera on a "typical" busy realtor for one day it might make for some engaging content. Or it would bore the viewer to tears... Depends on which day.
